With a lifelong passion for interiors and craftsmanship, Bridgette has devoted her career to the design of custom residential homes, specializing in architectural detailing and bespoke millwork. Her deep understanding of how exceptional design and construction come together inspired her to take a more active role in shaping her city’s residential landscape.
Bridgette founded JayBird Property Development to ensure that every home is created through a lens of design integrity, quality, and collaboration — not just cost efficiency. By curating top-tier trades, skilled artisans, and the finest materials, she leads each project with a commitment to timeless design, thoughtful execution, and craftsmanship that endures.
Jillian | Logistics
I am extremely passionate about the operational process at every level of our organization. I oversee all billing & scheduling and it is my highest priority to ensure that the management of our development projects remain on time and within budget.
Larissa | Real Estate
I am a professional Realtor with nearly a decade of experience in the Boca Raton area. My passion for buying and selling real estate has lead me into real estate development. I love finding new location opportunities for our team to develop gorgeous homes and I ensure a smooth and worry free transaction.
Robert | Resident Carpentry
I love seeing the projects come to life, I am a carpenter by trade and I will often oversee the field installations of cabinetry and custom millwork. I make sure that the design details from one trade to the next are accurate as the project progresses. I will coordinate with the GC throughout the life cycle of the project to ensure labor scheduling and execution of the approved design intent is maintained in the field.
Our PROCESS
Securing the Lot!
The first step of any development process begins with...location, location, location! Finding the perfect lot with enormous potential is one of the hardest parts of the process. The right lot makes all the difference when homeowners are looking for the perfect home to spend their lives. Our Real Estate Partner's perform regular market analysis and present us with great opportunities, then we secure the best lot possible that fits your lifestyle!
Assembling the Team
Once the lot is secure, we begin assembling an all star team of Licensed and Insured disciplines! Since no two projects are alike, we select the best candidates for the primary phases of the Design & Construction Process. Beginning with Architectural Design Team, General Contractor, Interior Design and Landscape Design. Although we are not the building and contracting team, once the team is established we act as a liaison between all parties involved to help manage high level finance and scheduling to ensure a smooth process and an exquisite end result.
Strong Finish
The end is near, and this is the most crucial time to bring any custom home to a beautiful completion and have a successful closing for the new buyers. Often times, there are items and information needed from all parts of the team in order to close on the property within the allotted time. We ensure that any and all pending items are coordinated and completed in an organized and timely manner so you will be able to enjoy your beautiful new home!
